Unfortunately, the experience was marred by insufficient maintenance. in one room, the bed frame wasn't properly secured, leading to an uncomfortable night. issues like a leaking shower, blocked sink, and broken lighting showed a lack of upkeep. The restaurant's menu had limited options, which could be a letdown for longer stays, and the prices felt a bit steep for the quality provided. On top of that, there are no cooking facilities available, restricting dining options who prefer self-catering. Lastly, the lack of fly screens resulted in unwanted visitors buzzing around incessantly, detracting from the experience.

The cabin we stayed in was cozy, very clean, and offered free wifi, which my teenage kids loved. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing while taking in the beautiful nature surrounding us. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was tasty and delightful.
In my wife’s opinion, better air conditioning would be great.

Spacious accommodations offered a cozy atmosphere, complemented by scenic views from the outdoor seating areas. The restaurant showcased exceptional seasonal local products, with each meal beautifully presented. some amenities were lacking, such as a kettle, and while staff were generally friendly, service times for meals occasionally fell short. improved air circulation would significantly enhance comfort during warmer periods.

great stay but needs some basics
The food options for every meal were exceptional, with a variety of flavors that impressed my family. Our chalet was both cozy and modern, providing a comfortable retreat after our daily adventures. The delightful views from our room truly enhanced our experience, especially the stunning garden view that greeted us each morning.
there was no kettle in the room, which would have made a morning cup of tea much more enjoyable.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and cozy, really clean too. I loved that the windows faced the mountains, the view was stunning! The only downside was the room felt a bit warm, and there was no air conditioning—just a fan. But overall, it was a comfy stay and perfect for a mountain retreat.

Great location and cozy cabins
I had a lovely time staying in a cabin just a short drive from the center of Bicaz. The cabin was clean and cozy, with access to outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or having a BBQ. The food at the on-site restaurant was flavorful, although the service could be improved as it took longer than expected to receive our orders. it was a great getaway!

Families will love this place!
The staff was super friendly, always looking out for our needs—they even helped us out when we had a little trouble with our cabin key! The food was incredible—especially the trout they served. grilled to perfection, there was silence at the table till it was all gone.
